Is this really free?
Yes — UniSova is free for students. We work with landlords and students directly; you don’t pay us anything to use the concierge.
How long until I hear back?
Within 24 hours. Most students get a curated list of 3–5 places the same business day they submit.
I don’t know my budget yet — should I still fill this in?
Absolutely. Leave the budget on “Any” and we’ll suggest places across the typical range for your school. We can refine once we chat.
Can I just look at listings myself?
You can — head to our Accommodation page anytime. The concierge is here for when you want a shortlist hand-picked for you, with a real person to ask questions to.
